2023 Annual General Meeting - Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation

The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Wushu Dragon and Lion Dance Federation (SWDLDF) was successfully held on the morning of 10 September 2023. This year, representatives from 45 of our member-organisations attended the AGM.

Presided by Vice Chairman Mr. Swee Kay Seng BBM as Chairman was on medical leave, the Meeting unanimously approved:

1. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on January 8, 2023;

2. The FY 2022 Activity Report by Secretary-General Mr. Low Han Long;

3. The FY 2022 Financial Report audited by accounting firm (Pinebridge LLP) by Asst Treasurer Mdm Oh Yoke Eng;

4. Continue to appoint Pinebridge LLP as the external auditor for the next; and

5. To amend the Constitution of SWDLDF; and to change the trustees of Katong Ville.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting ended at 12.00pm followed by Address by SWDLDF President Mr Ang Mong Seng BBM, Vice President Mr. Kwek Hian Chuan Henry, Adviser to Federation and CED of People’s Association (PA) Mr. Jimmy Toh Yong Leng.

Attendees also received a copy of the latest issue of the Federation newsletter, which recorded the SWDLDF activities; and invited to a Buffet lunch.
