Notice of Postponement: Annual General Meeting (AGM 2026) – Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation (SWDLDF)
Please be informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 has been rescheduled to Sunday, 4 October 2026.
Due to several major local and overseas competitions in September 2026, the Management Committee has adjusted the date slightly beyond the standard 6-month timeframe to ensure maximum member attendance at the AGM. The relevant regulatory bodies, the Registrar of Societies (ROS) and the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) – Charity Sector, have been notified.
The Audited Financial Statements will be presented at the AGM on 4 October 2026 for formal adoption prior to statutory filing. The formal Notice of AGM, Agenda, and Audited Financial Statements will be dispatched to you soon.

延期通知：新加坡武术龙狮总会（SWDLDF）2026年度常年会员大会（AGM）
谨此通知，本总会截至2026年3月31日财政年度的常年会员大会（AGM）已改期至 2026年10月4日（星期日）举行。
鉴于2026 年9 月期间有数项本地及海外重大赛事，理事会为尽可能确保会员出席常年会员大会，决定将大会日期稍作调整，延至惯常的六个月期限之后举行。
本总会已就此通知相关监管机构，即社团注册局（ROS）以及文化、社区及青年部（MCCY）慈善事务部门。经审计财务报表将于2026 年10 月4 日的常年会员大会上提呈，以供正式通过，之后再按法定要求提交备案。
正式的常年会员大会通知、议程及经审计财务报表将于近期发送给各位。感谢您的理解与一直以来的支持。
